HURRICANE MATTHEW IMPACTING NORTH CAROLINA ROADWAYS

Motorists are advised to stay alert, watch for debris in the roadway, and adhere to special traveling conditions implemented by local authority in their area.  If a flooded roadway is encountered, turn around and seek an alternate route.For updated watches and warnings from the National Weather Service, click HERE.I-95 CLOSED IN MULTPLE LOCATIONS DUE TO FLOODING. I-95 is closed in both directions at the following locations due to flooding. The road will remain closed until further notice. Motorists are advised to seek an alternate route and to follow the instructions of local law enforcement.Exits 17 to 22 near Lumberton in Robeson County Exits 79 to 87 near Benson in Johnston County Exit 100 near Selma in Johnston County Exits 40 to 55 near Fayetteville in Cumberland CountyI-40 CLOSED IN MULTIPLE LOCATIONS DUE TO FLOODINGI-40 is closed in both directions at the following locations due to flooding.
