There’s no doubt Jim Harbaugh has rejuvenated this Michigan football program in the two short years of his tenure.

He’s been brash and outspoken. He’s pushed NCAA rules to their edges. He’s also recruited at an elite level.

The one thing he hasn’t yet done? Brought Michigan back into college football’s upper echelon.
