ROCHESTER, N.Y., Feb. 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — Continuing its upward growth trend into 2018, Ardent today announces the expansion of its consulting practice with two key leadership appointments.
Liz Hopkins has been promoted to the new position of Chief of Staff for Ardent’s consulting practice. Kevin Donlan has been hired as Director – Consulting. The appointments strengthen the company’s consulting practice while providing clients with more robust training expertise.

In her new position as chief of staff for Ardent’s consulting practice, Hopkins leads the consulting team and advises her fellow senior leaders on business and growth strategy. She will continue to maintain the overall strategic vision of Ardent while ensuring client satisfaction and team collaboration across all initiatives.
As director for Ardent’s consulting practice, Donlan brings more than 10 years of strategic consulting experience to the team. Throughout his career, he has worked with companies in a variety of industries, including Information Technology and Communications, General Aviation, Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals, Hospitality, Manufacturing, and Engineering. He joined Ardent from c3/consulting, a management consulting company in Nashville, Tenn. Donlan’s consulting experience also includes roles at PwC and Navigant.

Ardent opened its Nashville office in November 2017.
