CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas, Nov. 22, 2017 /PRNewswire/ — Jim Buchanan is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Leading Lawyer of 2017. Jim is a Founding Partner at Welder Leshin LLP.           

Jim’s professional title is Partner at Welder Leshin LLP. His areas of expertise include civil litigation, personal injury, maritime law and oil and gas litigation, as well as business and fiduciary law, and eminent domain.

An esteemed legal professional with over 40 years of experience, Jim has worked in his role at Welder Leshin for 13 years.

In his role, Jim “handles all types of maritime claims and has represented international oil exploration and producing companies which led to the handling of oil and gas lawsuits, including royalty disputes, drainage claims and take-or-pay claims,” according to his company bio. “He also has dealt with a wide variety of personal injury claims including those against trucking companies and claims for contractual indemnities and insurance coverage issues. Jim’s practice also includes the defense of business disputes.”
